Delete your account
This applies to accounts created on the TCOLEtest website or mobile app. Enter your account email and we’ll send you a confirmation link — clicking it permanently deletes your account.
What gets deleted
Your profile (name, email, password), all test and practice results, saved sessions, and support chat history — permanently and immediately after confirmation.
What we keep
Payment/transaction records are retained (with the account link removed) as required for accounting and legal purposes.
