All plans on TCOLEtest.net are a one-time purchase for a fixed period of access (1, 3, or 6 months depending on plan) — there is no recurring subscription or auto-renewal to cancel.

Refund eligibility

We offer refunds within 7 days of purchase if you have not made significant use of the service (fewer than 3 practice attempts). To request a refund, contact us through the Contact page with your account email and order details.

Non-refundable situations

• Requests made more than 7 days after purchase.
• Accounts with substantial practice activity already completed.
• Accounts suspended for violating our Terms of Service.

How refunds are processed

Approved refunds are issued back to the original payment method (PayPal or Paddle) within 5-10 business days.
